Maina Mwangi heads the Property Management department. He has over 15 years’ extensive experience in property management and valuation.

He is a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (Valuation & Estate Management Chapter) and is both a registered Valuer and registered Estate Agent.

His focus at Knight Frank is to ensure that the highest levels of service and maintenance are provided to the tenants whilst maximizing the Landlord’s income stream and the return on his investment.

A significant proportion of Knight Frank Kenya’s business is in property management, with over 600 prime residential units and more than 3,500,000 sq.ft of office and retail space being managed under his direction.
